The UPS Store on Matt Highway in Cumming, GA is hiring a Shipping & Printing Specialist to assist customers with shipping, printing and related services.

You’ll operate copiers and printers, advise on carrier options, manage notary, mailbox rentals, and handle POS transactions with accuracy. Weekend shifts are required, and you’ll join a friendly, customer-focused team serving local small businesses.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer operations and typing 40+ WPM.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Comfortable with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on shipping and printing services.
• Operate copiers, printers, and design software to fulfill printing orders.
• Provide certified packing and secure fragile or high-value items for transit.
• Manage mailbox rentals, notary services, document shredding, and passport photo capture.
• Process transactions with POS and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
