Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Associate in Sioux Falls, SD for a full-time 1st shift (8am–4pm). You will prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include labeling, quality checks, and using UPS/FedEx systems to generate labels while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following PPE guidelines. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read a ruler.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
• Experience or familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Apply core tags, ensure carton labels are straight and legible.
• Perform quality checks prior to packing and verify item numbers.
• Inspect product quality before packing and maintain neat packaging.
• Verify shipping information and resolve discrepancies before shipment.
• Process shipping paperwork and generate labels using UPS/FedEx systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow PPE rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
