Crider Foods, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to manage a shift and department, aiming to boost employee morale and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role focuses on improving efficiencies, quality assurance, problem resolution, yield improvements, and customer satisfaction.

The supervisor will ensure cross-department collaboration, develop systems to meet cost and yield goals, and uphold GMP and food safety standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience running a Mega-jet or equivalent.
• Leadership ability to drive results from a team.
• Planning ability for six to twelve month horizons.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills for problem resolution and optimization.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to company values.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve productivity and effectiveness in the shift.
• Oversee safety, quality, yield, labor cost, and waste metrics.
• Maintain production documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure labels, equipment placement, and housekeeping compliance.
• Report downtime and coordinate with maintenance and production manager.
• Supervise and support production team members.
