Job summary

You will oversee safety, quality, yield, labor costs, and GMP compliance, ensuring accurate paperwork and proper labeling. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a poultry production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and production/plant supervision experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to deliver results.
• Experience in a Mega-jet or poultry plant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crider Foods requires supervisors to enforce food safety and quality policies.
• Supervise shift areas to ensure productivity and morale.
• Monitor key production metrics (Safety, Quality, Yield, Labor Cost).
• Ensure housekeeping, tare weight checks, and productivity boards are kept up to date.
• Verify labels for errors and place equipment in designated areas.
• Ensure no foreign materials and proper cord/water hose management.
• Review production paperwork for accuracy at shift end.
