Qualifications

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour.

Hours: Monday through Friday 2PM to 10PM

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to accident-free operations and ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements and regulations.
• Move finished products for staging, packing, or shipping.
• Complete daily duties following workplace organization and efficiency methodologies, such as TPM and 6S.
• Support production in staging bins, skids, and raw materials; assist in recycling cardboard and waste products.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance checks before each shift.
• Operate forklift safely following established procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision/management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Forklift Certification.
• Experience with extrusion lines.
• Meet qualification and certification requirements of TimberTech’s TRAK program.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Physically able to push, pull, lift (10-100 lbs), and perform job duties including standing, kneeling, overhead lifting, bending, climbing, and crawling.
• Capable of working in hot manufacturing environments.
