Position Overview

Work in a manufacturing setting that may include dust, debris, and loud environments. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documentation, processing orders, coordinating bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, export licenses, and compliance documents. Utilize ERP systems to track shipping transactions, troubleshoot delays, communicate with carriers and customers, and ensure compliance with regulations, including hazardous materials handling. Operate forklifts, read instructions, and provide reports to management. Overtime and flexible schedules, including weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Follow SOPs
  • Record and track shipping transactions with a scan gun
  • Operate forklift and heavy equipment safely
  • Manage bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices
  • Use computers for shipment setup and tracking
  • Coordinate workload with team leads and supervisors
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Read schedules and BOMs
  • Inspect goods for defects and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform quality checks
  • Assist with production reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hi-Lo certification preferred (training provided)
  • 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check
  • Reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment. PPE use required.

Shift Details

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday
