Job summary

Henkel in Cleveland, OH is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and pack orders, assist in cycle counts, and load trucks in our Adhesive Technologies facility. The role supports timely shipping and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced plant environment.

We offer a Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm schedule, with an hourly pay range of $20.00–$22.00, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

• Picking and packing orders
• Assisting in cycle count process
• Loading Trucks and shipping orders
• Assisting with pallet yard making sure kept clean and distributed throughout the plant
• Follow 5s in the warehouse

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 and $22.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
