Job summary

Henkel is hiring for a 2nd shift position supporting Consumer Brands, including Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. You’ll operate packaging-line equipment, perform changeovers, troubleshoot, and maintain records.

Forklift duties and a willingness to rotate areas are included. Candidates typically have 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, basic to intermediate computer and math skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of current or recent work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as required.
  • Previous team-based work experience preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
  • General mechanical aptitude.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions.
  • Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
  • Operate a forklift to supply materials to packaging lines or move full pallets for shipping.

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:20pm-10:30PM + OT as required.

What you´ll do

The hourly payrange for this role is $21.10. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
