Job summary

JBS USA in Olympia, WA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned production lines. You will supervise line staff, ensure production quality, and maintain safety, sanitation and GMP standards while coordinating with QA, Maintenance and Plant leadership.

The role requires strong knowledge of production processes, English proficiency, and leadership abilities. Demonstrated ability to train staff and manage attendance is essential in a fast-paced processing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of production processes
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all aspects of assigned production line(s)
• Responsible for production quality
• Ensure tools and supplies needed to get the job done are available
• Coordinate daily scheduling and line preparation
• Notify maintenance when maintenance is required
• Communicate problems about line production with QA Manager, Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager
• Oversee sanitation and GMP compliance
• Complete required daily paperwork
