Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable with basic math.
Able to read and apply SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading.
Able to work on-site and follow the assigned schedule.
Able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Ensure shipping and processing areas meet DOT, RCRA, and facility permit requirements.
Follow all EHS regulations and internal safety standards.
Maintain DOT compliance for offsite shipments.
Operate a forklift to move, load, and transfer materials.
Support inventory control through scanning and documentation.
Complete entry-level SAP shipping tasks, including basic drum lookups and inter-company manifests.
Assist with basic forklift fleet upkeep, such as fluid checks and inspections.
Consolidate materials to support efficient, cost-effective shipment processing.
Collaborate with team members across shifts to maintain steady workflow.
Other duties as assigned.
