Job summary

ODP Group seeks a Shipping Manager in Denver, CO to lead daily distribution and transportation activities, owning P&L for the area and driving KPI performance. You will manage a 20–50 person team, hire and develop talent, and partner with leadership to optimize processes and safety.

Responsibilities include planning, cost control, and working with carriers to ensure timely, cost-efficient service while upholding regulatory compliance and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within distribution, transportation or operations.
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook and Teams.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and transport activities including third-party providers.
• Forecast labor, capacity, and resources based on volume trends.
• Monitor performance data to drive continuous improvement in KPIs.
• Lead a 20–50 person team with development and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve safety.
