Responsibilities

Ensure effectiveness of daily truck scheduling.
Oversee coordination with transportation companies to maximize loads and meet delivery requirements.
Respond to customer service requests related to shipping.
Inform production about issues affecting packaging and shipping performance.
Plan and manage workforce including discipline when required.
Annual evaluation of team and development plans.
Develop SOPs and health/safety audits.
Produce daily reports on on-time delivery performance.
