Job summary

NOTS Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Shippensburg, PA facility. The role focuses on leading a team to meet objectives in a fast-paced 3PL environment, with emphasis on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

The position reports to the Distribution Center Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on management of daily warehouse operations. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with potential for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field OR Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with minimum 3 years supervisory experience OR 5+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing.
• Military experience equivalent may satisfy requirements.
• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train a team of multi-skilled employees in line with NOTS Logistics values and strategic direction.
• Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals across production, quality, and safety.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Communicate with the Manager regarding facility, equipment, safety, personnel and environmental issues.
• Enforce OSHA, DOT, and local guidelines compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
