Vantage Apparel, a global supplier of logo apparel, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee the shipping department and ensure orders are prepared, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, coach staff, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily outbound shipping operations to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.
Plan and prioritize daily workflow based on order volume and deadlines.
Lead Shipping team, assign tasks, coach staff, and address performance issues.
Maintain floor presence to resolve bottlenecks, errors, and aging orders.
Coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments with carriers and customers.
Train staff on shipping systems and SOPs, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Provide backup support to the Department Manager as needed.
