Job summary

Adorama in Chattanooga seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead a fast-paced e-commerce shipping operation, overseeing packing, processing, and loading of orders and transfers. You will manage labor plans, monitor order flow, and ensure accuracy, security, and carrier handoffs across multiple packing processes.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership, and hands-on floor presence to coach teams for peak performance while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehousing.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse employees in a high‑volume shipping environment.
• Strong understanding of packing, shipping, scanning, order accuracy, and carrier processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the daily Shipping labor and production plan based on staffing and live volume.
• Monitor live order flow and adjust plans to meet same-day SLA.
• Oversee packing processes, ensure proper scanning, labeling, and packaging quality.
• Ensure security and proper handoff to carriers before freight leaves the facility.
• Coach associates in real-time to maintain productivity and quality.
