Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

• Effective interpersonal skills and be able to handle confrontational situations professionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish; bilingual Spanish is mandatory.
• Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office programs and internet).

Responsibilities

• Issues job assignments to ensure orders are picked up and loaded according to schedule.
• Evaluates and determines course of action on loading, receiving, and storage problems.
• Develop solutions to achieve departmental goals.
• Covers alternate shifts as needed.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Preparing for upcoming work assignments and/or projects.
• Coordinate repairs of material handling equipment needs within the facility.
• Monitors department safety and procedures, ensuring all employees are trained accordingly.
• Address performance and personnel issues as necessary.
• Works with the department supervisor in developing solutions.
• Support P3 operations as necessary, meeting expected time constraints.
• Act as WISE WMS system resource for all HQ activities.
• Supports corporate and production departments as needed on special projects and tasks
