• Communicate daily updates, challenges, and progress to Warehouse Managers.
• Ensure all shipping processes are followed properly and efficiently.
• Keep the shipping work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor task progress and adjust labor allocation to meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Temp to Hire | Non-Exempt.

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually ($19.23 - $24.04 hourly).

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on and dependable Shipping Supervisor – Lead to oversee in‑house shipping operations and supervise a team of 15–20 temporary laborers. This role requires a strong leader who can drive daily execution, maintain productivity, and ensure shipping tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a vital floor‑level leadership position that helps maintain consistency and structure within our shipping department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee shipping tasks such as sorting, staging, prepping, and outbound shipment readiness.
• Supervise and coordinate a temporary labor team of 15–20 employees, ensuring efficient labor utilization.
