Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership with coaching ability.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Maintain staffing levels and daily shipping team schedules for shift coverage.
• Ensure productivity targets and smooth processes across shipping activities.
• Generate hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly production/shipping reports.
• Lead and motivate Shipping Leads/Coordinators; drive accountability and teamwork.
• Review shipping notices, orders, and invoices to prioritize and select correct shipping methods.
• Record shipping data accurately in the database.
• Oversee employees and drivers to ensure on-time shipping per policy.
• Act as liaison between Associates and Management; report on shipping activities.
• Provide ongoing guidance and training to shipping staff; discuss improvements.
• Resolve shipping fulfillment issues or customer complaints.
• Hold shift-start daily meetings with associates; enforce safety rules.
