Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Warehouse - Manager I for Distribution/Warehouse in Martinsville, VA. The role oversees DC and/or MFG activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and KPI achievement on the 2nd shift sortation. You will lead a team, coordinate with departments and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include planning workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Entry-level supervision is possible with leadership potential and a path to higher responsibilities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year degree in related field preferred (Business, Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain).
• Experience in DC or manufacturing operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize workflow to meet SLA for safety, quality and productivity.
• Provide leadership, training and performance management to shift team.
• Drive lean process improvements and cross-train staff.
• Oversee shift to maintain high employee performance and morale.
