Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. in Hanover seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead our shipping team and ensure on-time, accurate shipments. You will manage scheduling, time cards, and all shipping documents, while maintaining strict 5S and safety standards.

You will own Finished Goods inventory, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Project Managers and dispatchers to optimize trailer space and schedule changes. forklift experience required, valid license, and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• 2+ years reading/writing bills of lading, booking and scheduling trucks.
• 1+ year operating lift equipment (forklift).
• Proficient in Excel/SmartSheets.
• Experience using freight carrier systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shipping team, including scheduling and time-card approval.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of shipping responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate shipping documents and align physical activities with system data.
• Own Finished Goods inventory and ensure proper, on-time shipping.
• Develop and implement plans to improve shipping efficiency.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to subordinates.
