Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. in Hanover is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the shipping team, ensure on-time and accurate shipments, and maintain documentation. The role drives efficiency and safety in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, forklift certification, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience reading/writing bills of lading, booking and scheduling trucks, or related shipping experience.
• At least one year operating lift equipment (forklift).
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel).
• Experience with freight carrier systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping team members, including scheduling and time-card approval.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete shipping operations.
• Maintain accurate shipping documents and link physical activities to system data.
• Own Finished Goods inventory and shipments.
• Develop plans to increase shipping efficiency.
• Provide timely feedback and performance planning.
