Qualifications

• Experience supervising shipping operations in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with warehouse systems and ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping operations and supervise hourly staff to meet SLA.
• Coordinate carriers, brokers, and internal departments for on-time shipments.
• Monitor safety, quality, and workload balance with wave planning.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and ensure proper documentation.
