Qualifications

• Five years in warehousing in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field required.
• 5+ Years of Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for shipping/receiving/warehouse personnel.
• Ensure on-time shipping with correct packing and documentation.
• Lead safety, 5S, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Interface with internal customers to solve problems and improve processes.
• Oversee international shipments and HTS code verification.
• Hire, coach, and perform performance reviews for staff.
