The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in alignment with business priorities. This role supervises hourly shipping employees, coordinates directly with carriers and brokers, manages shipping-related materials and inventory, and continuously improves shipping processes to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The salary rate for this role is currently$62,100-$75,500.
