Job summary

Sunrise Medical (US) LLC is seeking a detail-oriented order fulfillment specialist to organize work order flow, monitor expedites, and ensure on-time deliveries while upholding ISO 13485 and FDA QSR compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing manufacturing documentation, tracking orders in JDE, coordinating with customer service and production, and responding to expedite requests. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of JDE is a plus.
• Must have good customer focus and strong verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order flow from customer service through manufacturing, including printing, scanning, delivering, updating and tracking.
• Review orders for options, seating, inspection, and special orders.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation for production orders and proper work order scan tracking in JDE.
• Order frames and reordering parts, tracking expedite orders and processing order maintenance.
• Monitor on-time deliveries, investigate delays and respond to expedite requests.
• Coordinate with customer service and production to track order status and expedite orders as needed.
• Assist in final quality inspection and resolution of quality issues.
• Follow all procedures relevant to inspection of finished product and sign-offs.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping guidelines.
