Envision LED Lighting is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Operations Lead in the Los Angeles area to oversee daily outbound shipping and guide a warehouse team. This hands-on role requires expertise in high-volume shipping, freight coordination, order fulfillment, and inventory control.

You will organize workloads, coordinate carriers, verify documents, and ensure orders depart on time while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Leadership experience in a high-volume outbound shipping environment.
• Experience coordinating LTL/FTL freight and pickups.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Forklift certification and equipment operation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily picking, packing, staging, palletizing, and outbound shipping.
• Assign workloads and priorities to warehouse associates.
• Coordinate LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, freight pickups, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and verify BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve freight or shipping discrepancies.
• Process shipping and inventory transactions in the WMS/ERP system.
• Train and coach warehouse employees on procedures and safety.
• Monitor shipping accuracy, productivity, and on-time performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

You will help organize daily workloads, coordinate carriers, resolve shipping issues, and ensure orders leave accurately and on time.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead daily **picking, packing, staging, palletizing, and outbound shipping*** Assign workloads and priorities to warehouse associates* Coordinate **LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, freight pickups, and shipment schedules*** Prepare and verify BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels, and documentation* Track shipments and resolve freight or shipping discrepancies* Process shipping and inventory transactions in the **WMS/ERP system*** Support receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, and cycle counts* Train and coach warehouse employees on procedures and safety* Monitor shipping accuracy, productivity, and on-time performance* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse* Support **OSHA, 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement** practices## QualificationsQualifications* **5+ years of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or logistics experience**, including leadership experience* Strong experience with **high-volume outbound shipping*** Experience coordinating **LTL/FTL freight carriers and pickups*** Experience with order fulfillment and inventory control* Hands-on experience with **WMS/ERP systems*** Forklift certification and equipment operating experience* Microsoft Excel proficiency* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* High school diploma or equivalent* Available to work overtime as needed* **Preferred:** Bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA knowledge, ISO 9001, Lean/5S experience.
