Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Leader in Newington, NH to lead a team toward incident-free performance in a continuous manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, efficiency, and quality through PBM practices and cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Operations, and Quality leaders.

The role requires a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment, willingness to work night shifts, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisor or leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends, and holiday hours; shift may change based on business needs.
• Experience driving safe work practices (Lock Out/Tag Out, forklift safety, machine guarding, hazardous materials).
• Experience using a computer for record-keeping, documentation, and reporting (Microsoft Office).

• Lead and coordinate production efforts to achieve incident-free performance in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Operations, and Quality Leaders to elevate the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and process changes using PBM principles.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team; hold employees accountable.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency through leadership and ownership.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with facility leadership and corporate teams.
