Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of shipping leads and hourly employees to improve performance.
- Foster PBM-based culture with safety-first mindset adhering to policies.
- Drive OTIF and customer delivery expectations through daily management.
- Develop daily shipping plans to support plant operations and optimize carrier utilization.
- Manage warehouse inventories with focus on aged inventory and organization.
- Oversee fleet and trailer pool management.
- Evaluate deliveries and shipments to improve inventory processes.
- Proactively manage forklift fleet and maintenance.
