Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct outbound shipments and plan loading schedules to ensure on-time orders.
• Direct inbound shipments including inspection, unloading and storage of materials.
• Schedule work, coordinate production activities and oversee employees on shift.
• Develop employees, participate in hiring/promotion decisions and handle disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Train staff on equipment, protocols, safety regulations and waste control.
• Supervise warehouse operations and inspect materials/equipment for malfunctions.
• Analyze shipping performance, suggest improvements and set goals.
• Investigate customer complaints related to shipping or transit damage.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates.
• Manage on-hand inventory and month-end counts.
