Job summary

Total Talent in Arlington, TX is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of shipping/receiving experience and proven supervisory skills to drive safety, accuracy, and on-time shipments.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound freight, ensure inventory controls, and work with ERP/WMS platforms to optimize processes and performance across the team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse
• 5–10 years of forklift operating experience, including heavy equipment with capacities ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping documentation, receiving procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, manage competing priorities, and ensure ontime shipments.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of training, coaching, and developing team members.
