Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Shipping Supervisor in Hawaii to lead a team on the 1st shift (5:00 AM–2:00 PM) and provide coverage as needed. You will plan, direct, and coordinate inbound/outbound freight, receiving, put-away, cross-dock, and shipping operations to meet daily goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with WMS systems; a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience directing the work of hourly employees and managing daily operational performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to ensure efficient flow and service levels.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, cross-dock, and shipping operations to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Monitor and adjust labor resources to meet daily production and delivery goals.
