Responsibilities

• Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
• Ensuring employees have equipment, materials, and documents.
• Monitoring and adjusting resources to hit daily production/delivery goals.
• Balancing workloads to meet projected completion times.
• Monitoring employee performance to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Conducting staff meetings and ensuring daily worksheets are completed on time.
• Providing ongoing training to maintain productivity standards.
• Using reports and procedures to project workload and resolve issues.
• Communicating effectively across all levels and making sound decisions.
• Building high-performing teams and inspiring colleagues.
