Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 5+ years relevant experience or Associate's with 7+ years, or 9+ years total experience.
• 5 years in manufacturing/distribution logistics, supply chain, sales, or customer service.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Production control/supply chain in manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of TMS and MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of local/state/federal transportation regulations.
• Advanced problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Change management experience driving focus and accountability.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Coordinate logistics moves cost-effectively using available technology.
• Analyze data to drive efficient operations.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills under tight deadlines.
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency.
• Positive, professional demeanor with colleagues, carriers, customers, and vendors.
• Operational logistics knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers.
• Support TMS usage (MOJO, MOJO and shipment execution).
• Provide operational leadership for distribution to meet customer/fiscal objectives.
• Manage shipments and related paperwork for Farmington Operations.
• Adhere to transportation policies and procedures.
• Analyze KPI data and manage performance boards.
• Assist with investigations of customer/shipper complaints.
• Oversee staff performance, staffing levels, and succession planning.
• Maintain regulatory and ethical standards.
