You will lead Shipping and Traffic, working with carriers and internal teams to hit deadlines. The role requires strong knowledge of TMS and MRP/ERP systems, supervisory experience, and the ability to analyze data and improve distribution performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant logistics experience.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/distribution settings.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and MRP/ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations at state and federal level.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping schedule and related functions for Farmington Operations.
• Oversee bundling of engineered-to-order products for shipment.
• Lead Shipping and Traffic operations and carrier relations.
• Use TMS capabilities to optimize shipment execution and cost.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
