Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Milford, NH to oversee daily shipping operations and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods. The role focuses on planning shipments, coordinating with production for scheduling, and mentoring the shipping team.

You will prepare export paperwork, support LEAN initiatives, and ensure safety and accuracy in warehouse processes. Onsite work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience with warehouse ERP systems.
• Ability to become forklift certified if not already.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping department operations.
• Plan, setup and prepare shipments of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train and coach shipping team members.
• Prepare export paperwork for international shipments.
• Support ISO Certification and LEAN Kaizen events.
