Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC in Mission, Texas is seeking an organized logistics/administrative professional to manage daily operations within the department. You will supervise staff, coach team members, and collaborate with other departments to meet goals, while ensuring accurate system transactions and timely reporting.

You will coordinate shipment tracking, documentation, data entry, and communications with dock personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the area and coach employees.
• Train and coach clerks or forklift operators across departments.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and order fulfillment coverage.
• Prepare documents (BOLs, COOs, phytos) and maintain records.
• Communicate delays, shortages, and transit issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain clerical SOPs and support continuous process improvement.
