Job summary

Wonderful Citrus, the leading grower/shipper/packer of fresh citrus in North America, is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Gloucester City, NJ. Responsibilities include signing in/out truck drivers, preparing paperwork, and coordinating shipping with sales and production.

You'll schedule pickups, file records, and back up pallet tag operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma and administrative experience, strong organization, basic computer skills, and willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years administrative experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Must have basic computer literacy.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish desirable.
• Flexible availability for varying shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sign in/out truck drivers and complete paperwork.
• Schedule appointments with truck drivers to pick up orders.
• File and recall material in a standard filing system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Back up pallet tag operator when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
