Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking a Sales Specialist - Shipping to coordinate delivery and logistics in a manufacturing environment. You will reconcile shipping documents, monitor daily orders, and interact with 3PL dispatchers to ensure timely fulfillment. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word and ERP systems is expected, with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Bilingual Korean/English is a plus. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years in production planning or logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in production planning, inventory management, warehousing, or logistics in manufacturing.
Strong proficiency with Windows Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Korean and English language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Reconcile Bills of Lading with delivery confirmations to ensure accurate shipment records.
Manage overall delivery progress according to customer production plans.
Communicate with 3PL dispatchers to provide updates and input on shipment priorities.
Analyze demand data, dispatch schedules, and production output for efficiency.
Manage daily/monthly transportation and sales closing; coordinate new model part shipments.
