Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking a Sales Specialist to manage delivery coordination and logistics compliance. You will reconcile shipping documents, track daily delivery progress, and liaise with in-plant 3PL dispatchers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in production planning or logistics within manufacturing. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is expected, with Korean/English language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant experience in production planning, inventory management, warehousing, or logistics within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Windows Excel, Power Point, and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Korean and English language skills preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Bills of Lading with delivery confirmations to ensure accurate shipment records.
• Manage overall delivery progress in line with customer production plans.
• Coordinate with in-plant 3PL dispatchers to provide updates on shipment priorities.
• Analyze customer demand data, transport schedules, and production output for efficiency.
• Prepare daily/ monthly transportation and sales closing.
