Responsibilities

• Documentation & Accuracy - Handle shipping documents, review notes and maintain records.
• Shipping & Logistics - Direct movement of shipments and schedule inbound/outbound loads.
• Communication & Collaboration - Update carriers and internal teams on status.
• Technology & Process Improvement - Use SAP to print pick lists and post orders.
• Quality & Safety - Ensure proper storage and safe work practices.
• Team Support - Backup for other office personnel when needed.
