Job summary

RAM Mounts is hiring a Shipping Clerk in Seattle, WA to handle data entry in our ERP system, prepare and label shipments, and coordinate carriers. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include preparing cartons, reading work orders, generating packing lists and invoices, scheduling shipments, and loading freight.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse/shipping processes.
• Ability to read and follow shipping paperwork.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons for shipment.
• Read incoming paperwork and determine readiness for shipment.
• Create packing lists and invoices in the ERP system.
• Schedule shipments with carriers via phone/email/software.
• Stack cartons for freight pickup.
• Load freight using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Follow directions from supervisor.
