The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and capable of using ERP systems and carrier software. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for on-time, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and shipping processes.
• Produce quality work at a fast pace, standing on feet all day.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and proficiently.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to handle high volume of product safely.
• Previous MRP, FedEx One Ship, UPS World Ship experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons for shipment.
• Read incoming paperwork, determine if the job is complete and shipping method.
• Create packing list and invoice in the ERP system.
• Schedule shipments with carriers via phone, email, and software.
• Physically stack cartons for pickup by freight companies.
• Load freight using hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, and manual handling.
• Take direction from supervisor.
