Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Assistant II to join the Shipping Department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform tasks in the ERP system, track inventory, and support inbound/outbound shipping with safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include monitoring dock activity, loading/unloading, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining records and complying with production instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent and related experience may be considered.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills to handle data and shipments.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks in ERP system for finished goods movements.
• Monitor dock door activity and coordinate loading/unloading.
• Perform manual labor when required and operate forklift or hand equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prioritize loads for production.
• Prepare shipping documents and track order status; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, customer service, and quality to coordinate shipments.
