Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily schedules for carriers, shippers, and in-house delivery.
• Adjust schedules for changes in location, repair status, or priority.
• Ensure shipments are confirmed, documented, and communicated before execution.
• Schedule vendor shipments, incoming inventory, and ensure correct intake details.
• Maintain alignment between physical inventory and digital systems.
• Communicate across customer care, repair, warehouse, and sales teams.
