Lennox in Grenada, MS is seeking a shipping and receiving professional to manage the flow of inventory and finished goods under limited supervision.

You will handle bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels; verify incoming materials; process returns; and resolve shipment discrepancies. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, with forklift exposure and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years related shipping/receiving experience.
• Expert knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and handling exceptions.
• Able to read schedules, work orders, and shipping labels; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares bills of lading, packing list and shipping labels for shipments
• Receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slips to purchase order
• Processes return shipments
• Traces lost shipments and customer claims
• Prepares routine reports and maintains spreadsheets on daily shipments
• Compute freight cost and perform transactions in SAP
• Create custom invoices for Canada shipments and miscellaneous deliveries for shipment
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and make arrangements for shipment pickup
• Print pick tickets and create freight bills for all shipments
