Job summary

Advanced Distributor Products LLC, a Lennox International company, is seeking a shipping/receiving specialist in Grenada, MS. You will handle outbound/inbound shipments, prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate records and timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Expert knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including handling exceptions.
• Able to use company databases or other IT applications independently with little supervision.
• May require skills in powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bills of lading, packing list and shipping labels for shipments
• Receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slips to purchase order
• Processes return shipments
• Traces lost shipments and customer claims
• Prepares routine reports and maintains spreadsheets on daily shipments
• Compute freight cost and perform transactions in SAP
• Create custom invoices for Canada shipments and miscellaneous deliveries for shipment
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and make arrangements for shipment pickup
• Print pick tickets and create freight bills for all shipments
• Effectively train and assist where needed
• Performs basic housekeeping in and around work area.
