Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Specialist in Grenada, MS. The role ensures accurate flow of inventory and finished goods, prepares shipments, tracks materials, and may lead others in daily tasks.

You will work with SAP, Excel, and other IT systems, handle bills of lading, and support transportation arrangements. Overtime and safety compliance are part of the job as the company emphasizes integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 3-5 years related experience.
• Expert knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including handling exceptions.
• Able to use company databases or other IT applications independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bills of lading, packing list and shipping labels for shipments.
• Receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slips to purchase order.
• Processes return shipments.
• Traces lost shipments and customer claims.
• Prepares routine reports and maintains spreadsheets on daily shipments.
• Compute freight cost and perform transactions in SAP.
• Create custom invoices for Canada shipments and miscellaneous deliveries for shipment.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and make arrangements for shipment pickup.
• Print pick tickets and create freight bills for all shipments.
