• Manage logistics operations for ground, air, and sea shipments, ensuring timely departures and clear customer communication.
• Create shipping documents (BOLs, Packing Lists, etc.) using SAP.
• Analyze KPIs and monthly reports to optimize shipment volume and efficiency.
• Apply the 6's methodology to drive continuous improvements in the area.
• Work independently with attention to detail under deadlines while following safety rules.
