Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a Shipping Coordinator I based in Knightdale, NC, with at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing. You will handle ground, air, and sea shipments, prepare BOLs and packing lists in SAP, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency. Qualifications

1+ years shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP system.
Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
US legal work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics operations including ground, air, and sea shipments to ensure timely departures.
Create shipping documents such as BOLs and packing lists using SAP.
Analyze KPIs and monthly reports to optimize shipment volume and efficiency.
Apply the 6's methodology to drive continuous improvements.
Work independently with deadlines while upholding safety and processes.
Collaborate with supervisors for additional duties as needed.
