Job summary

Envases US Aluminum Division is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, documentation, and ERP/WMS data entry in a fast-paced warehouse setting in Waco, TX.

You will coordinate carriers, ensure load security and safety compliance, and work with production planning to align schedules with truck availability. Experience with SAP Shipping/Warehouse modules and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SAP Shipping/Warehouse modules and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with drivers, production leads, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with trucking companies; ensure timely arrivals and loads readiness.
• Review customer orders, confirm quantities and can specs; generate shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, export docs when applicable).
• Enter and update shipping data in ERP/WMS systems and track delivery confirmations.
• Monitor inventory with Warehouse team; verify counts and staging of finished goods.
